Contacts are added to a Contact Group which receives alarms and reports. A Contact can be in multiple Contact Groups.

Click on the + icon in top right corner to add a new Contact. 

1) Add multiple Emails to a contact by separating them with , (comma)

2) Text message is not sent out unless there is a modem connected to the VDV Server. An alternative is to use a email-to-textmessage service which converts an email to a text message. Most phone companies offer this service. Contact VDV support for additional information.

For each Contact there is an option to Edit or Delete it.
