An Admin or Project Manager with project access can edit projects settings and modify users' project rights. Project Settings is located in the Project tab of Account Settings. Access account settings by clicking the profile icon in the top right corner. Every project has four setting modules:
Project Settings
After navigating to account settings, click on the name of a project to view its specific settings.
Note: A project that is greyed out is unaccessible as it is owned by a cross-organization.

You can change the name of the project and it will change the name for all users.
The owner allows the user to determine the Organization under which the project was created. If needed, a sensemetrics customer success agent can transfer ownership of a project from one organization to another. Please contact our support team if you need to transfer a project.
You can find the unique Project ID (labeled 'ID') in the project settings. This may be needed for requests found within the sensemetrics api documentation.
Manage Users
To give users access to a project, click the pencil in the top right corner to open the user selection tool.
Note: A Project Manager must have access to the project to edit the settings or modify users.

Click on a user or cross-organization user to add them to the project and click Save. All Admin will automatically be added to the project. Project Managers and Basic users will have to be added manually.
Once a user is added to the project, you can adjust their project role via the dropdown selection bar. The project role determines if a user can manage connections, profiles, and assets. Adjusting a user's project role will only change it for the specific project.

Admin and Project Managers always have Creator rights for projects they have access to. Basic users and cross-organization users will be added with Viewer rights. They can be elevated to Data Analyst, Editor, or Creator.
Module Licenses
Module Licenses lists the modules enabled for the project. To add an additional module, please contact the sensemetrics customer support team.

Data Usage
Data Usage displays the number of sensors and the different types of sensors that are attached to your project. A warning message will display if the project has exceeded the sensor limit. Archived sensors are not included in the total sensor count.
